The Trust has recently allocated the following for Bristol Children's Hospital:

Toys to keep children busy and help the play therapists assess they ability. Specialist feeding utensils to encourage children to begin feeding themselves again. Additional training for the Occupational Therapists that is expressly focussing on children with brain injury. A notice board to sign post parents who are already overwhelmed by the trauma of their child’s accident to help them access the funding they are entitled to.

Two iPads for two special children aged 5 and 3 who both have had stokes. The iPads are the most wonderful communication tool and a valuable resource to aid their recovery.
