Grants for 2020

Despite the quiet year, we are delighted to have been able to support a number of children so far.

Our grants have gone towards various items including a supportive travel harness, computer tablets, toys to stimulate senses, and specialist assessment and treatment.

A large grant of over £6,000 has also been awarded to support Bibic. This goes toward helping families in crisis who are still waiting to be seen as a result of lockdown.

This lovely picture shows a young lady we are pleased to have been able to offer on-going support to after she suffered a bleed on the brain. This has affected her co-ordination and movement control and ability to support her upper body when tired. The computer tablet is already helping with her communication and motor skills.
